Admedia delivered an Executive Media and Spokesperson Training for Inkomoko's senior leaders and designated spokespeople at Mövenpick Kigali, Rwanda. The session focused on confidence, clarity and consistency in media interviews and other high-visibility engagements.
The programme was highly practical. It combined short theory sessions, plenary discussions, message exercises and media simulations based on real-world scenarios.
Practice under pressure
Participants adapted Inkomoko's approved key messages for different audiences, structured concise answers and handled difficult questions. Mock interviews were recorded and played back, with immediate coaching after each one.
Tools that last
The training focused on practical tools that participants can use in any interview. These included Headline, Proof, Takeaway, message bridging, choosing the right proof points and staying composed when questions turn unexpected.
The result
Inkomoko's leaders already understood their organisation well. The training made their delivery shorter, sharper and more disciplined, so they can communicate one clear message, support it with evidence and protect the organisation's reputation.
