On 9 and 10 February 2026, the Nairobi AI Forum brought together more than 600 policymakers, private sector leaders, innovators, financiers and government representatives from Africa, Italy, the European Union and the G7.
Co-hosted by the Governments of Kenya and Italy with UNDP, the invite-only forum focused on partnerships and financing for green and sovereign AI infrastructure in Africa.
The Challenge
A high-level, invite-only forum leaves no room for friction. Senior delegates needed to arrive, register and move between sessions easily, and the forum's identity had to be consistent across every space and asset.
Three co-hosts also meant three sets of expectations to meet in one seamless experience.
The Approach
Admedia designed and delivered the full event flow and delegate experience, from concept to execution. We handled stage and venue branding and applied the forum's visual identity across all assets.
Our team managed registration and on-site delegate support, and produced the gift bags and conference merchandise.
The Outcome
Attendees and organisers praised the forum's efficiency, professionalism and accessibility.
The forum moved beyond dialogue towards implementation, highlighting cross-border partnerships and investment-ready ecosystems for scalable African AI solutions.
