The Agricultural Transformation Office (ATO) was established as a multidisciplinary unit under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives (MoALFC). Admedia was contracted by ATO to develop and implement media engagements and coordination plans in ATO’s implementation of Kenya’s Agricultural Growth and Transformation Strategy (ASTGS). In the context of devolution, the strategy aims to develop a thriving, profitable, and cutting-edge agriculture sector that supports complete food security. Since ATO had no digital community and no online presence, we made certain to create a digital presence for the organization. Their online presence was crucial to reaching their target audience and informing them of the Ministry’s efforts to improve the nation’s food security. Admedia helps ATO implement its digital space through infographic design and branding, video production for social media reels, social media content curation, and overall media engagement campaign planning.
