Admedia Communications has this September joined hands with the French Embassy in Nairobi to kick off the PISCCA Decid’her project. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Admedia’s ongoing commitment to providing unwavering communication support.
PISCCA Decid’her project is a powerful initiative that aims to empower Kenyan women and advance gender equality. Under the guidance of the French Embassy in Kenya, the two-year project will focus on eradicating gender-based violence, promoting sexual and reproductive health, and creating pathways to training and dignified employment. This noble endeavour extends its reach to Kenyan civil society organizations (CSOs) scattered across different counties, even reaching into the Arid and Semi-Arid Lands region.
The core of this initiative is a commitment to empowering women and girls. Through strategic partnerships with various CSOs, the project will amplify its access to education, healthcare, and employment opportunities. The ripple effect is expected to create a lasting, positive impact on the lives of countless women and girls across Kenya.
Admedia will play a pivotal role through support in media relations, capacity building, visual storytelling through photography and videography, event logistics management, and robust digital and social media support.
