Admedia collaborates with UNDP Global on the NAIROBI AI FORUM 2026 (5)

The Nairobi AI Forum 2026 which took place between 9-10th February 2026 in Nairobi, convened over 600 policymakers, private sector leaders, innovators, financiers, and governments from Africa, Italy, the European Union, and the G7. Co-hosted by the Governments of Kenya, Italy, and the United Nations Development Programme, the invite-only forum was dedicated to accelerating cross-border partnerships and financing models that enable green, and sovereign AI infrastructure—turning Africa’s resource advantages into new industrial economies that support inclusive human development.

Admedia was tasked with designing and delivering a full end-to-end event flow and delegate experience, from concept to execution. This involved stage and venue branding, application of the forum’s visual identity across all assets, registration and on-site delegate management, gift bags and conference merchandising.

The result? Attendees and organizers praised the efficiency, professionalism, and accessibility of accessing and navigating the high-level forum.
